The class will cover:

  • Introduction to tempering theory 
  • Tips to achieving shiny chocolates
  • Christmas themed chocolates and treats
  • Chocolate tips and tricks

You'll get
Included in your class is:

  • To be confirmed
  • Refreshments (tea/coffee/bubbles and DF cheese/fruit platter)
  • Chef’s jacket and hat to wear during the class

 

Wear

  • Comfortable closed toe shoes, no heels or open toed shoes
  • Dress warm, our kitchen runs at 18c for perfect chocolate making conditions
  • Hair band to tie long hair back

Yourself! Everything else is provided.

 

Getting there

Taxi / Uber / drive | we're a brief 10 min / 5km drive from the city over Anzac Bridge and down Victoria Road. Just before the Iron Cove Bridge turn right onto Terry Street, then we're the building by the second roundabout.

Bus | catch a bus from Town Hall to Victoria Road, getting off at Terry St which is the last stop before the Iron Cove Bridge. Walk 350 metres from stop to shop.

Parking | available on Terry St and side streets. If your class runs for 2 hours or more watch out for parking limits. For parking longer than 2 hours park near Balmain Secondary School.

 

Cancellation policy

7 or more days, credit given for a future class within 12 months, transferrable.
Less than 7 days, no refund or credit note but you can transfer your class to a friend.
