CLASS | artisanal Easter egg making

Create your one of a kind, designer Easter eggs. This class will sell out quickly, so hop to it!

In this deluxe class you'll make your own giant Easter eggs, hand painted with your very own designs.

You'll learn to:

- Temper chocolate
- Apply edible coloured paints
- Mould eggs using fair trade dark chocolate
- Fill with items of your choice (you could even bring a note to surprise your loved one!)
- Seal and package your uniquely designed eggs
- All while drinking champagne and eating chocolate dipped strawberries!

  • Comfortable closed toe shoes, no heels or open toed shoes
  • Wear sleeves, our kitchen runs at 18-23c for perfect chocolate making conditions
  • Hair band to tie long hair back
  • You'll be given a chef's jacket to wear during the class

Getting there

Taxi / Uber / drive | we're a brief 10 min / 5km drive from the city over Anzac Bridge and down Victoria Road. Just before the Iron Cove Bridge turn right onto Terry Street, then we're the building by the second roundabout.

Bus | catch a bus from Town Hall to Victoria Road, getting off at Terry St which is the last stop before the Iron Cove Bridge. Walk 350 metres from stop to shop.

Parking | available on Terry St and side streets. If your class runs for 2 hours or more watch out for parking limits. For parking longer than 2 hours park near Balmain Secondary School.


Cancellation policy

7 or more days, credit given for a future class within 12 months, transferrable.
Less than 7 days, no refund or credit note but you can transfer your class to a friend.
