PROTECTING YOUR CHOCOLATE
We keep a close eye on the weather and use cool shipping materials to protect your chocolate.
Simply choose Australia Post Express or Couriers Please at check out, we'll review the weather and take care of the rest.
ORDER CUT OFF
Orders received by 11am are typically sent the same business day, subject to the shipping regions below. This helps protect your chocolate from sitting in warm warehouse over the weekend.
In some instances of extreme heat, or public holidays interrupting shipping transits, we may hold your order to the next shipping window.
NEED IT ON A SPECIFIC DATE?
Sydney + 50km only: VIP same day courier service available. A courier will collect your order from us, then drive it to your door within 4 hours.
When reviewing your cart, add a note saying when you want it delivered, then choose 'same day courier' for shipping.
For all other locations, or for Australia Post and Couriers Please, we're unable to guarantee specific dates. We highly recommend you order early to give the best chance of arrival for your event.

All parcel services are experiencing record volumes of shipments, resulting in delays.
As this is adding time to deliveries, shipping days and ETAs have been adjusted.
All ETAs shown above are estimates, and depend on the specific courier service you choose.
Treat Dreams is in the business of creating chocolate and sends deliveries through the shipping company you choose at check out including Australia Post Express, Couriers Please, Zoom2u and other courier services.
This means we're not in control of how long a parcel takes to arrive with you and operate on the estimates shipping companies provide. While this is true at any time, it's especially true in the midst of a pandemic and record volume shipments.
As a result, shipping delays are not an eligible reason for a refund. Please consider this before buying, especially if you need an item by a particular date. Non arrival by your intended date is not an eligible refund reason.

Pick up / Click & Collect is available from our Rozelle commercial kitchen.
We don't offer drop ins as our factory space doesn't include a retail store or sales assistants. We're chocolatiers and pastry chefs here :) But when you order ahead of time, we'll have your order packed and ready to go!
