This role works across three small businesses, reports to one of our founders and supports our overall team. The businesses are in various stages of maturity from 1 to 5 years.
The role is initially part time (Mon-Fri, 22 hours pw, pro rata pay) to the end of the year, then full time from January 2021.

- Craft Drinks Market | a new online marketplace for small drinks producers
What you'll do
- Customer service administration
- Monitor and respond to email enquiries
- Manage CRM contact lists, databases and subscription changes
- Print orders and pick slips for Dispatch
- Maintain out of stock lists and notify when back in stock
- Follow up overdue shipments
- Wholesale sales administration
- First point of contact / triage contact for Sales Manager
- Maintain lead and stockist tracker
- Schedule appointments
- Create new customers in ordering system
- Input orders
- Send invoices
- Team and site administration
- Coordinate team meeting agendas and record / update actions
- Prepare / update reports eg stock sold, inventory on hand and sales forecasts
- Coordinate admin for team projects eg updating project plans, training register and safety plan
- Supplier orders eg stationery and shipping supplies
- Book site service visits
- Work collaboratively to support Founders and colleagues as needs
- Identify areas for process / efficiency improvement
To be successful in the role you’ll
- Have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administration or office management roles
- Multi-task through the day
- Work quickly and accurately to meet daily tasks and deadlines, proactively considering next steps
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Have used CRM software before (any kind) or can pick up new systems easily
- Be comfortable with change – as growing small businesses are always experiencing change
- Identify ways to simplify processes and share your suggestions
- Agree to follow our COVID Safe work plan
In return you’ll receive
- Salary $45,000 - $50,000pa + super
- Work locally in Rozelle (in our chocolate factory no less!) a short stroll from Darling Street shops and eateries and the Bay Run
- Chocolate seconds are often available
- Transport options:
- Close to bus transport on Victoria Road and Darling Street
- Limited untimed street parking approx 5 mins walk away
