Organic fair trade couverture chocolate (cacoa mass 71%, sugar, cacao butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla), sugar (derived from wheat), glucose, water, vegetable fats and oils (includes RSPO certified palm oil), maize starch, vegetable gum (413), flavour, colour (171, 110, 102), preservative (202), food acid (260), anti oxidant (306, 320, 330).
Produced in a kitchen which also uses wheat, nuts, peanuts and soy. May contain traces.
The sugar in this product is derived from wheat so may not suitable for coeliacs.
