Our team are still making all the chocolate magic happen.

We continue to produce and ship through COVID, with the safety of our customers and team as our priority.

We ship direct to all Australian locations excluding WA. Find out more about shipping.

 

CLICK + COLLECT

Pick up / Click & Collect is available from our Marrickville location.

We don't offer drop ins as our factory space doesn't include a retail store or sales assistants. We're chocolatiers and pastry chefs here :) But when you order ahead of time, we'll have your order packed and ready to go!

To protect our team and customers, all collections are by appointment to manage our COVID-Safe Accredited requirements. Please see the details in your confirmation email to let us know when you're coming.


INCOMING DELIVERIES

To protect our team, all deliveries are quarantined and disinfected before opening and use.

 

CLASSES

We have cancelled all in person classes indefinitely for COVID safety reasons.
Due to distancing requirements, we can't to give the quality education needed, while maintaining 1.5 meters. In addition, introducing groups of people who aren't in family bubbles in a room at once for several hours, introduces a great degree of risk for all involved.

 

PRECAUTIONS TAKEN ONSITE

As a food business, we've always been in the business of managing hygiene and safety. The steps we take to manage COVID-19 requirements reflect this strong basis, with some extra rigour and frequency added to certain steps.

On arrival our team:

  • Sanitise hands before entry
  • Check and log temperature
  • Store personal items in lockers
  • Change into Chef's uniforms
  • Tie hair back and apply a hair net
  • Sanitise any outside items being used like phones or water bottles
  • Wash hands
  • Apply aprons
  • Make the chocolate of your dreams!

Throughout the day our team:

  • Maintain 1.5m distance (we reconfigured our space to allow this)
  • Wash hands and surfaces between each task, allergens and if face is touched
  • Regularly sanitise high touch surfaces like handles, faucets, switches and buttons
  • Follow Food Safety Standard clean down procedures nightly
  • Regular deep cleaning rosters
