Chocolatier, permanent


We're looking for an experienced chocolatier to join our team, with immediate an start. We work Mon–Fri with various shift start and finish times, particularly during our busy periods.

Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in all areas of chocolate, focussed and reliable, with commercial experience particularly in shelling, filling and capping chocolates. Commercial experience is essential for all applicants as you will often be working independently. You’ll also have opportunities to supervise and guide trainees. Australian working visa essential.

Our production is entirely plant based (dairy free, egg free and vegan), with a focus on chocolate and confectionery for wholesale and retail sales.

Our kitchen is currently based on Norton St in Leichhardt however will be relocating to Rozelle in April. We are easily accessible via public transport and close to various eateries.
