All our pastries are frozen once baked to lock in freshness and ensure a healthy shelf life.

If frozen, keep frozen and defrost a couple of hours before serving. If defrosted, store in an airtight container and enjoy our tarts within 1-2 days and the rest of our pastries within 5 days.

Warm up our cookies before serving to get some of the chocolate chips melting with gooey goodness!
