Growing up in Queensland meant summer at Lisette's house demanded pavlova (well that and grandma's trifle, roasted nuts, lots of cold drinks and swimming). Thing is, the pav wasn't vegan, so we've decided it's time to solve that, in chocolate form!
This bar is filled with all the best, locally sourced, freeze dried summer fruits (think passionfruit, mixed berries, mango and even cherries) with squishy marshmallows in place of meringue all mixed through our ever popular silky smooth, almond based white chocolate.
Who says you can't make friends with (fruit) salad (wrapped in chocolate)?! It's a vegan dream come true!
These square bars have nine segments, giving each chunky piece plenty of room to hold all the luscious inclusions, so you get a full flavoured bite.
Made with direct trade + fair trade chocolate, meaning fairer working conditions for farmers.
