Growing up in Queensland meant summer at Lis' house demanded pavlova (well that and grandma's trifle, roasted nuts, lots of cold drinks and swimming). Thing is, the pav wasn't vegan, so we've decided it's time to solve that, in chocolate form!
This bar is filled with all the best, locally sourced, freeze dried summer fruits (think passionfruit, mixed berries, mango and even cherries) with squishy marshmallows in place of meringue all mixed through our ever popular silky smooth, almond based white chocolate.
