Caring for your treats

How long do your products keep / how do I store them?

Chocolates
When properly stored, your chocolates can last several months. We think they'll be gone before then though!

To get the best out of them in our NSW weather, it's important to care for them. Chocolates don't like heat, light, water or temperature shocks and will soak up fridge smells if left uncovered.

Put them in an airtight container or ziplock bag, then place in the fridge. When you're ready to eat them, take out of the fridge and bring to room temperature for approx 1 hour (less on very warm days). Then enjoy!

Tarts
When properly stored, tarts will keep for one week.

Store in an airtight container, or ziplock bag, and keep in the fridge.

Cookies
When properly stored, cookies will keep for up to two weeks.

Store in an airtight container, or ziplock bag, and keep in your cupboard (1 week) or fridge (2 weeks).

For longer life, cookies can be frozen without affecting texture or taste.
